This project comprised of internal and external bespoke high level fit out of a 20th Century art gallery in London's West End.
The project included the strip out of previous retail features, fixtures and fittings and then undertaking new high level fitout including the office staff, Directors and viewing rooms. These areas were constructed from a mixture of solid walls and full height glazing with integral glass sliding hinged doors. All walls were finished in a decorative polished plaster.
New large scale porcelain floor tiles, to the ground floor gallery, with existing oak timber floors to upper level viewing gallery were stripped and refinished.
The Directors area was fitted with thick piled broadloom carpet. New plasterboard ceilings throughout with high specification controllable lighting system. New air conditioning and ventilation systems fitted.
Externally to the rear, powder coated aluminium / glass frontage installed and to the front of the existing arrangement was brought up to date with new decorations, awnings and footbridge created.
