The project comprised of a phased refurbishment and fit out to the European Head Quarters of Cadbury Trebor Bassett in Maple Cross, Hertfordshire.

The project required decanting various departments while the property was reconfigured to provide a new staff restaurant, break out areas, conference and meeting rooms, general offices, director’s suites and the like.

​

The works included the installation of new partitions, flooring, ceilings, partial new air conditioning and ventilation services with enhancements to existing systems. Complete new electrical mains installation with new lighting and small power and new feature lighting.

New data installation, joinery, decorations and feature decorations, bespoke furniture manufacture and management of Client appointed furniture suppliers and the like.

Mica Projects has carried out a further nine contracts within this and other properties for the Client including department changes, minor moves, maintenance works.
