CERAMICHE CAESAR
The project comprised of the refurbishment and Fit-out of an existing 3,000 sq ft shop unit, split over Ground and Basement. The shop unit was designed by the clients Italian Architect as their new UK flagship store.
The existing shop unit was fully striped out including all existing wall finishes, services and partitioning. New Mechanical and Electrical services were supplied and installed throughout both floors, with a particularly involved Electrical system all supplied from Italy.
The basement walls were thoroughly prepared and damp proofed to allow the new consolation areas to be installed into the alcoves.
Due to the tight ceiling heights in the basement, a new feature bulkhead and slim line FCU system was installed to allow maximum head height. Throughout the Ground and Basement, various walls were sandblasted to expose the brickwork and new decorations elsewhere.
Finally, a reclaimed raised floor was installed throughout, with a dry fixed tiled floor finish.
