The project comprised of the refurbishment of an existing commercial property in a business park environment, for a fund Client.

The works required the existing building of 40,000 sq.ft. to be fully refurbished to provide new lettable office space. During the works 10,000 sq.ft. of the building was fully occupied and the works, including upgrading the WC, entrance and atrium space, all being completed with the existing tenant in situ. The bulk of the works to 30,000 sq.ft. space included the replacement of the existing air conditioning and electrical systems, the installation of new linings and suspended ceilings, alterations to the atrium including extending the existing office space into part of the void area.

New atrium joinery wall systems, WC and shower refurbishment, new Glass balustrade works and porcelain floor, etc finishes.

New entrance and Staircase alterations, consisting the removal of the existing entrance, and providing a new steel, glass rendered entrance, bespoke signage and joinery balust rading finishes throughout.
