23 Devonshire Place
February 2026 – 23 Devonshire Place, London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Completed. This Grade II listed building on the edge of the Harley Street conservation area has been sensitively transformed into a fully compliant, high quality medical facility. Regents Quarter
February 2026 – Regents Quarter, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project Completed. This project involved replacing the shopfronts of eight existing retail units and creating new structural openings to connect two of those units. Additionally, three of the units underwent partial refurbishment to a white box standard. Further works included taking down the façade at both the front and rear of Bravington Walk and replacing it with new GRC panels in accordance with the approved


120 Old Broad Street
January 2026 – 120 Old Broad Street, London – CAT B refurbishment , Project Commenced. The project instructed is for the CAT B fitout of the 2 nd floor including alterations and enhancements to the base build M&E systems, new solid, moveable and glazed walls, creating meeting room space, bespoke Tea Point and Island Joinery units, with high end equipment, all finished off with a new oak timber flooring. #micaprojects #expandingbycontracting Client- CLI D Project Manager


60 Bishopsgate
January 2026 – 60 Bishopsgate , London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Completed. This project involved a complete soft strip bac to the shell for Parts Level 1 and 6. A new fitout tailored for the incoming tenant, featuring new acoustic glazed meeting rooms, along with a combination of glass and solid timber doors. The existing steel frame was stripped back, fire treated, and decorated to align with the exposed services theme. The existing WCs were removed and reoriented
