This project involved replacing the shopfronts of eight existing retail units and creating new structural openings to connect two of those units. January 2026 – 120 Old Broad Street, London – CAT B refurbishment , Project Commenced. January 2026 – 60 Bishopsgate , London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Completed. This project involved a complete soft strip bac to the shell for Parts Level 1 and 6.   A new fitout tailored for the incoming tenant, featuring new acoustic glazed meeting rooms, along with a combination of glass and solid timber doors.
