This project comprised of the extension of the care home, together with associated internal re modelling works and conversion of the second floor space into a further 3 bedroom suite.

The aim of the project was to provide a further 11 bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms, to the existing Dementia Wing. Coupled with this, both lounges were extended and re modelled internally, with removal of walls, relocation of doorways, decorations, floor finishes and the like.

The existing second floor roof space was converted into 3 bedrooms, again, all with en-suite WC facilities.

The internal works were all carried out in conjunction with the day to day operations of the care home, ensuring security at all times and maintaining Health & Safety to both the home residents and staff, together with that of the Construction Personnel.
