The project comprised of complete strip out and refurbishment of the existing building/warehouse throughout.

The existing warehouse space had been largely partitioned to provide additional office space. Therefore, the entire area was stripped and reinstated to warehouse demise, including new high bay lighting, gas heaters, floor/wall decorations and joinery works.

The existing office areas were completely stripped back to shell and new finishes installed throughout, comprising of new ceilings, AC/lighting, local power, decorations and floor finishes. The existing doors were replaced with new Oak solid core with new Ironmongery where necessary.

Whilst on site, we negotiated the WC refurbishment which was completed within the contract period, comprising of new vinyl floors, smooth finish to existing tile walls, decorations and replacing of ceilings/lighting.
