This project comprised of the complete strip out and refurbishment of a 5 storey property located in a conservation area in Chelsea, to form a luxury single residence for a Private Client.

The works included demolition of the existing internal walls, ceiling and floor finishes, along with removal of structural walls, including the rear of the lower ground external structure, all in preparation for new works.

New base build works comprised of a new 2 story extension from the lower ground floor to the ground, installation of new steel framing to suit more open feel to some levels.

​

Following on from the base build requirements, the property then received an extensive high end fit out, including bespoke replacement window systems, air handling systems, new heating and electrical systems.

​

New bespoke plumbing and drainage systems were installed, including Steam showers and bespoke toilet system. All floors, walls and ceilings were acoustically treated and finished to a high standard.

​

A new feature stone staircase was installed from Ground to First including wrought iron balustrades.

​

Externally, all surfaces were redecorated, a new marble clad path and surrounds were installed to the entrance way and specialist external landscaping was undertaken.
