The project at 27 Wardour street included both CAT A and CAT B refurbishment works. The ground and basement levels underwent a full CAT A refurbishment, creating a versatile blank canvas for future tenants.

The refurbishment on the 1st to 3rd floors focused on CAT B residential upgrades. This encompassed the installation of fire rated ceilings, new 
partitioning and comprehensive decorative works.

Additionally, the project featured new modern kitchens, bathrooms, ensuites and bespoke joinery along with improved flooring and tiling. 
Finally, a complete overhaul of the mechanical and electrical systems was implemented.
