This project involved replacing the shopfronts of eight existing retail units and creating new structural openings to connect two of those units.

Additionally, three of the units underwent partial refurbishment to a white box standard.

Further works included taking down the façade at both the front and rear of Bravington Walk and replacing it with new GRC panels in 
accordance with the approved designs. The existing steelwork on Bravington walk was repaired, and the intumescent coatings were restored to meet the original specifications.
