PARAGON

paragon BUILDING consultancy

The project comprised of the refurbishment of an existing 6th floor space for Paragon Building Consultancy’s new flagship London office.

The works required the existing floor of 8,000 sq.ft to be fully refurbished to provide a new exciting and dynamic office space.

The Office space was divided by a central feature reception space with a flexible working space, including new booth seating, breakout space, and meeting rooms. The other end of the floor is the open-plan desk working area, including a small tea point and phone booths.

The existing chilled beam/lighting system was retained, with new supplementary M&E services installed to create some feature areas.

New feature floor and walls finishes were installed throughout, including bespoke fabricated furniture and private/open meeting booth areas.
