LONDON STAMFORD INVESTMENTS

This project comprised of the refurbishment and extension to an existing commercial property in a business park environment for a major developer / investor Client.

The works required were to extend an existing 30,000 sq. ft. property to provide a new total working space of 40,000 sq. ft. For a new tenant lease agreement. The property was fully occupied and certain tenant areas were relocated from half of the property to an adjacent property to provide a two stage phasing programme.

Phase 1 comprised of extending one end of the building by the construction of a new two storey steel frame and to reclad and re-roof part of the building comprising of existing and new space. Existing space was then fully refitted to CAT A and the new space incorporated into it including a new reception area, lifts and WC.

Phase 2 was to relocate the tenant back into the new and refurbished space and then complete a full CAT A refurb of the remaining space together with completing the recladding and re-roofing works to the balance of the property. On completion the tenant was fully relocated back.\
