The project comprised of the refurbishment of an existing commercial property in Old Park Lane,for a fund client.
The works tookplace over multiple floors,circa 8000sq/fttofully refurbishedstandardto provide new lettable office space.
Lettable office space works includedthe upgrading AC and Electrical systems, new LED lighting, metal plank suspended ceilings, double glazed acoustic partitions, raised access flooring system, decorations and carpet works.
Works to WC’s included, new metal suspended ceiling system, fully tiled wall and floorfinishes, new sanitaryware, bespoke IPS panel system and corian vanity units.
Finallyto the Main Receptionarea,included new LED lighting, entrance matting and a bespoke marble and walnutreception desk & credenza.
