This project comprised of the CAT A internal refurbishment of approximately 7,150sq.ft. of office space over one floor in the City.

The project included the stripping out of tenant fixtures and fittings including partitions, suspended ceilings, floor finishes and the like, followed by a full CAT A refurbishment.

The project included new MF plasterboard type ceilings throughout including beam casings and central mechanical bulkhead. Dry lining to all external walls and internal columns and the replacement of raised access floors.

Complete new mechanical and electrical services were installed from incoming risers and existing mechanical plant.

A complete WC reconfiguration and refurbishment was undertaken to match other floors.
