This project combined the Ground Entrance Reception, 1st – 6th Floors, with an extension forming the 7th floor into a multi let office with 
dedicated access from Eldon Street.

CAT A refurbishment, including structural alterations throughout the floors (Levels 1-6) inclusive of 6th floor mansard and gable wall, and 
rooftop pavilion structure, complete M&E upgrade.

All Elevations brought in new Schuco glazed windows & Doff cleaning to revive the brick and stone finish of this 1900’s property.

The Ground Reception underwent a complete upgrade with new bespoke joinery finishes, marble floor, and bringing back the original rolled handrail, cast iron and marble staircase, previously hidden via 1980’s over cladding.
