This project comprised of the CAT A refurbishment of a production unit, including both office and factory facilities, for a Corporate Client.

The project included the complete strip out of the existing installations and the extensive refurbishment of the internal warehouse/office areas.

New suspended ceilings and floor finishes were installed throughout the main office areas. Extensive electrical & mechanical works were undertaken including overhauling the fire alarm system.

A complete overhaul and refurbishment of the existing air handling systems was undertaken to provide further life span to the system.

All existing windows, WC’s and common parts were refurbished. New feature areas were constructed and extensively decorated to provide client facing meet and greet areas.
