This project is a CAT B fit out for both offices and manufacturing facilities plus anextension of the building to accommodate further machinery for a specialist motor industry company.

Works included formation of offices using solid and glazed walls, installation of a gym, tea point and canteen for up to 100 staff and general refurbishment works.

Construction of the extension was completed using a steel frame structure clad with Kingspan insulated cladding and roofing panels, gutter systems and complete new drainage system. Further works to this area include new personnel and heavy duty goods lifts, alterations and extension of mezzanine and plant deck.

Full new M&E building upgrades will be carried out to complete the phase of refurbishment.
