This project comprised of the complete fit out of a 20,000 sq.ft. office space which had been stripped back to shell & core. The floor was divided into two basic areas comprising of one large open plan area together with the formation of an executive area including meeting rooms, board room and Director offices, kitchen and restaurant.

The works comprised of the supply and installation of specialist plasterboard ceilings with modular metal ceilings (accessible areas) integrated within. Additionally sound absorbing ceilings were installed to the Architects details.

New partitions were constructed to produce high levels of sound reduction including installation of double glazed partitions to fronts of meeting rooms.

The project contained a high quantity of bespoke joinery, specialist finishes, fixtures and fittings including hardwood flooring, wall lining and storage systems, ships hull feature to reception and feature lighting.

New mechanical and electrical services were installed to the Consultants design with Contractor coordination including AC and ventilation systems, sprinkler services, power, lighting and data together with specialist comms room services.
