This project was a CAT A+ refurbishment of the newly constructed 1st floor area.

Works included the installation of all tenant’s power and data and adapting the existing services to suit the new layout.

​

New Meeting rooms were formed, complete with feature lighting and ceiling rafts. A feature timber floor was also installed throughout the area with a new, bespoke, high quality servery unit.

The rest of the building was architecturally upgraded with the addition of new feature joinery, decorations to the core and shower room upgrades.
