CHESTER PROPERTIES

The project comprised of the refurbishment of an existing commercial property in a business park environment, for a fund client.

The works required the existing building of 40,000 sq.ft to be fully refurbished to provide new lettable office space.

Lettable office space works included upgrading the existing air conditioning/ electrical systems including new LED lighting, along with new linings and suspended ceilings, decorations and carpet works.

Common area and reception works included new LED lighting, linings, suspended ceilings, signage, oak timber flooring, matting, etc works.

Bespoke corian reception desk and seating arrangement.

WC works included the complete removal of the existing arrangement and the introduction of tiled walls, floors, wall linings and suspended ceilings. In addition to this new LED suspended light fittings, bespoke joinery cubicle fronts and corian/mirrored wash trough units all formed part of the new WC look.
