​This project combined prepared the ground and basement for a future tenant to put their stamp on the space. Including new incoming 
electrical feed and water feed.

The 1st , 2nd and 3rd floors are residential flats and were refurbished as existing layout. Replacing like for like locations new kitchenettes and 
bathrooms / en-suites to create a fresh modern feel.

Existing timber flooring was sanded and re-sealed with a clear coat to bring out the natural features of the existing oak flooring
