The project comprised of a full strip out of finishes and the fit out of an existing 3 storey youth hostel in the New Forest.

The works included minor structural alterations, the supply and install of new wall, floor and ceiling finishes and replacement of the existing timber windows with new UPVC windows.

​

Further works included the formation of a new ground floor bedroom, a new Ensuite to a first floor bedroom and new shower and WC to the ground floor hall.

​

The M&E services were updated throughout and adapted to provide new fittings throughout.
