BLIGHS MEADOW

September 2022 - Blighs Meadow, Sevenoaks. CAT A refurbishment, Project Commenced.

Phase II of works to strip out and white box the adjacent retail unit, and provide new staircase route to first floor offices.

One of the units is being completed stripped out, to create an additional 50sqm of lettable retail space, all left as a ‘white box’ ready for occupation.

The existing staircase is being refurbished to a standard, left ready for future refurbishment prospects.

An additional unit above one of the shops is being altered to provide further storage space for them, whilst upgrading all surrounding routes to 60 minute rated.

Works commenced September 2022, completes November 2022.
