One America Street
September 2026 – One America St, London – CAT A & B refurbishment, Project Update.
Works have commenced on the One America St project, which we have been recently awarded. The works are to fully strip and CAT A refurbish 7 floors of the building.
There are structural works within the Ground and Lower Ground floors in order to provide a new open entrance way, with a new steel feature staircase being included to link the Ground and First floors together. The existing window openings will be adapted to increase the borrowed light into the Lower ground floor.
The office floors will be finished in an open plan layout, with enhanced larger WC facilities, new exposed steel feature beams throughout and exposed brickwork, bringing the industrial look, completed with new black steel windows.
The existing lifts will be refurbished along with a new reception fully re-fitted to a high end finish, including bespoke joinery desk and seating arrangement.
Full new M&E services throughout the building.
