The project instructed is for the CAT B refurbishment of the 1st floor including all new HVAC, Sprinklers, lighting, Tea Point & kitchenette, Glazed Walls & Doorsets, Bespoke Joinery, Carpet, vinyl & Porcelain floor finishes, SAS coloured suspended ceilings with MF borders, WC fitout.
