September 2022 - The Wireless Factory, Isleworth – Common parts refurbishment, project commenced.
Project set over 3 phases within 2no. stair core areas, requiring structural alterations, trimming etc to provide a new flight of stairs to match existing, leading to a previously new floor level, along with the installation of a new DDA lift serving all existing and new floor levels to the front core.
Once this area of the project complete then the rear core staircase to be removed in its entirety, floor voids infilled to create additional lettable floor area.
WC & stair/office core refurbishment and decoration works, incorporating new mechanical and electrical installations to complete this project.
Starts October 2021, completes December 2022.
