October 2021 – Liphook, Hampshire: Industrial Warehouse refurbishment, project complete.

Works have been instructed to carry out a warehouse refurbishment which will include soft strip to remove the previous tenants fitout, new decorations throughout with extensive cleaning.

M&E works throughout to ensure the warehouse is up to current standards and can be let ready for a new tenant to occupy.

Minor office CAT A refurbishment works to be undertaken to the warehouse office block.

Started September 2021, completed October 2021.
