November 2022 – Eldon House, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project ongoing.
The project combined the basement and ground floors into an independent single let office with dedicated access from Wilson Street, with a newly created cycle storage and changing facilities.
The façade at Ground floor brought in new Schuco full height glazed frontage allowing light to not only pass through at Ground Floor but through the Lower level also.
The Ground and Lower Level office underwent a complete CAT A refurbishment with structural alterations to allow for greater use of the office space along with new WC’s.
New dedicated Courtyard Entrance brought to life bespoke architectural staircase and gated entrance, exposed brick and rendered surfaces, glass light & brick slipped paved walkway.
Started February 2022, completed December 2022.
