103 Wigmore Street – 2nd Floor

June 2023 - 103 Wigmore St, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project complete.

This project is a CAT A refurbishment of the vacant 2nd Floor office space of the building, to allow the floor to be put back on the market for letting.

Works include complete strip out of previous tenant installations followed by a new CAT A refurbishment to include the making good of existing ceiling slabs and beams followed by the installation of new exposed high-level Mechanical and Electrical Services. The office space was decorated throughout. The existing raised floor was retained and repaired/de-rocked followed by a specialist clean to remove old adhesives etc and bring back to a “metal” appearance.

The existing WC’s have been completely redesigned and refurbished to provide modern services including all services etc.

The common parts/lift lobbies have been refurbished to provide a lighter modern theme, with new feature floor tiling and wall finishes including decorative Oak wall- cladding.

Refurbishment Works started Jan 2023, completed June 2023.
