March 2023 - 105 Wigmore St, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project complete.
This project is a CAT A refurbishment, of the existing 3rd Floor of the building, to allow a tenant to relocate within the building and occupy the newly refurbished wing.
Works include new metal pan ceilings, with MF borders and decorations throughout. The existing WC’s have been completely redesigned and refurbished to provide modern services.
Full new M&E building upgrades (including sprinkler modifications) were carried out to the office and wc areas.
Started November 2022, completed March 2023.
