120 Old Broad Street

January 2026 – 120 Old Broad Street, London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Commenced.

The project instructed is for the CAT B fitout of the 2^nd floor including alterations and enhancements to the base build M&E systems, new solid, moveable and glazed walls, creating meeting room space, bespoke Tea Point and Island Joinery units, with high end equipment, all finished off with a new oak timber flooring.
