March 2026 – 17a Curzon St, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project Commenced.

Works have now commenced on site for this multi phased refurbishment project.
Phase 1 includes structural alterations within the basement, incorporating piling works and slab installations and ultimately fitted out to provide ‘End of trip’ facilities. At ground level, works include the extension of the reception area with new entrance screening, replacement of the front paving with new landscaping and planters. CAT A/CAT A + refurbishments to the 2nd, 3rd and 5th floors also form part of Phase 1
Additional works include the removal and replacement of the RAAC roofing to roof level plant rooms, phased replacement of curtain walling and glazing to all elevations and front façade cleaning.
Future phases will see CAT A/CAT A + refurbishment works (inclusive of curtain walling and glazing) to the 1st floor and the installation of a new balcony, followed by CAT A refurbishment works to the 4th floor.
