23 Devonshire Place

February 2026 – 23 Devonshire Place, London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Completed.

This Grade II listed building on the edge of the Harley Street conservation area has been sensitively transformed into a fully compliant, high quality medical facility. The project carefully balanced historic character with the demands of a modern clinical environment, delivering enhanced floorspace, new treatments rooms and upgraded services throughout.  

Comprehensive internal and external works included a full services replacement, restoration of key heritage features, premium finished, and discreet integration of modern building systems. The result is a future ready clinical space that respects and preserves the building’s historic character.
