This project is a CAT A refurbishment of the existing Ground and basement of the building, to allow a future tenant to move into a white boxed shop unit and put their own touch on.
Works include entire stipout of existing finished, installation of new ceilings, ply flooring and decorations throughout.
Basic M&E installations will be complete to comply with building regulations.
New kitchen extract ductwork will be installed to allow future tenant connections.
Started November 2023, completing February 2024.
