July 2025 – 39 Berwick St, London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Commenced.
The project instructed is for the refurbishment of the 2nd, and 3rd floors. Including incorporating new lighting, new kitchenette. Existing timber flooring was stripped out and structural strengthening of the existing joists / timber and steel beam is being completed alongside levelling the floors.
Units are going to be fully furnished with pre-approved specification of finishes.
