April 2024 – 4 Millbank, London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Instructed.
This project is a CAT B refurbishment of part Ground Floor, involving a full power and data network installation via electrak floor boxes and complete turnkey furniture installation.
Full new M&E building upgrades will be carried out to complete the phase of refurbishment.
Started April 2024, completion May 2024.
