This project is a CAT A refurbishment for a prestigious Client to Part Ground Floor located at 4 Millbank, SW1P.
Works include removal of previous tenants celluar office, division walls, floor finishes and light. New works include for relocation of existing wall mounted AC units, New suspended light fittings, decorations throughout and new carpet tile and amtico floor finishes.
Started September 2023, completion November 2023.
