January 2023 - Ascent 4, Farnborough – CAT B refurbishment, Project complete.
This project is a CAT B refurbishment of the existing West wing space of the building, Splitting the large west wing into two smaller units.
Works included new dropped feature ceilings and meeting rooms with glazed Crittal style partitioning. The Units have been refurbished to provide a lighter modern theme, with new feature floor finishes, wall finishes, kitchenettes, and full furnishings to one unit.
Full new M&E building upgrades have been carried out to complete the phase of refurbishment.
Started September 2022, completed January 2023.
