January 2026 – 60 Bishopsgate , London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Completed.
This project involved a complete soft strip bac to the shell for Parts Level 1 and 6.
A new fitout tailored for the incoming tenant, featuring new acoustic glazed meeting rooms, along with a combination of glass and solid timber doors. The existing steel frame was stripped back, fire treated, and decorated to align with the exposed services theme.
The existing WCs were removed and reoriented for direct access from the office floor, with four new cubicles and a Disabled WC featuring bespoke joinery and LED lighting. A new bespoke joinery kitchen, coat cupboard, and furniture were also installed, all resting on a new wide laid timber floor.
