February 2026 – 39 Berwick St, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project Update.

We are pleased to be completing on this white box works project, withina live commercial and residential building in the heart of Soho.

This project includes strip out works, electrical and mechanical enabling works, flooring and decoration across the ground floor and basement, with careful planning around building occupants, neighbouring tenants and the busy Berwick Street public interface.

With logistics, access, deliveries and waste removal all carefully coordinated, our team focused on delivering the works safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption in this high footfall area.
