November 2023 – 68 Farringdon Road, London – CAT A+ refurbishment, Project commenced.
This project is a CAT A+ refurbishment of the newly constructed 1st floor area.
Works include the installation of all tenants power/data, adapting the existing services to suit the new layout.
New meeting rooms are formed with feature lighting and ceiling rafts.
A feature timber floor is installed throughout with a new bespoke high quality servery unit.
The rest of the building is being architecturally upgraded with the addition of new feature joinery, decorations to the core and shower room upgrades.
Starts September 2023, completion January 2024.
