March 2023 – 46 Berwick Street, London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Instructed.
This project is a CAT B refurbishment of the existing 1st to 3rd floor space of the building. Further Structural works are being carried out as well.
Works include restoration of original existing features, new joinery throughout such as custom wall panels and kitchenette, decorations throughout. The existing WC’s have been completely redesigned and refurbished to provide modern services. The common parts have been refurbished to provide a modern theme, with new feature nosing’s accompanying sanded and sealed original timber flooring and wall finishes.
Full new M&E building upgrades will be carried out to complete the phase of refurbishment.
