February 2026 – Eldon House, London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Completed.

Another CAT B office fit out successfully delivered.  

Works included the formation of acoustic glazed offices and meeting rooms, installation of a programmable ERCO lighting systems, and fully networked and powered floor boxes throughout to accommodate modern working.  

Finished with a bespoke kitchen and island, wide plank engineered oak flooring, full internal decoration and roller blinds throughout, this high quality office space was delivered on time, to spec and ready for occupation.
