September 2026 – M&D L1, London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Update.
Works have commenced on Level 1, following on from the recently completed Level 6 CAT B refurbishment. The floor has been stripped back to shell, all new services will be installed, feature glazed partioning and raft acoustic ceilings to help with the reverberation to the exposed services strategy.
New feature finishes include; bespoke handmade kitchen, hardwood timber flooring and wall finishes. The existing WC's have been extensively refurbished with new finishes including fitted joinery.
