November 2021 - 103 Wigmore St, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project complete.
This project is a CAT A refurbishment of the existing West wing space of the building, to allow a tenant to relocate within the building to occupy the newly refurbished wing. Further CAT A refurbishment works will commence to the East wing in due course.
Works include new metal pan ceilings, with MF borders and decorations throughout. The existing WC’s have been completely redesigned and refurbished to provide modern services. The common parts/lift lobbies have been refurbished to provide a lighter modern theme, with new feature floor tiling and wall finishes.
Full new M&E building upgrades will be carried out to complete the phase of refurbishment.
Started July 2021, completed November 2021.
