May 2026 – Ground & Basement Folgate Building, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project Update.

Mica Projects Ltd are progressing well with works at Folgate Building, a commercial office building comprising eight upper floors and one lower floor, located within a busy commercial, retail and residential area.

Works within the Ground & Lower Ground, comprise of building 90minute fire rated walls to provide a division between the main building and part of the lower ground and ground floor office space.

The works are in preparation for a potential tenant, by providing new WC to both the Ground and Lower Ground Floors, installation of pre-loved raised access flooring, mechanical and electrical installations to the WC’s and the provision or temporary batten lights to the proposed office space.
