L5 – 7, Folgate

May 2026 – L5-7 Folgate, London – CAT B refurbishment, Project Commenced.

Mica Projects Ltd are currently on site at Folgate Building, delivering CAT B fit-out works across Levels 5, 6 and 7 within this established commercial office building.

The project includes new LVT and carpet tile finishes, cellularised meeting and office spaces, storage and comms rooms, Vitra furniture, bespoke tea points, an island servery unit, acoustic wall treatments, curtains, blinds and decorations.

Works also include amendments and enhancements to the existing lighting, fire, underfloor AC, ventilation and extract systems, alongside new plasterboard and acoustic glazed walls, timber and glass doorsets.
