Project is nearing completion and all coming together very well.
This project is a CAT A refurbishment of part of the Violet Melchett Health Centre that used to deal with Children.
Mica Projects are carrying out an end of Lease (dating from 1932) CAT A refurbishment and Dilapidations of the property.
The work includes a complete removal of tenant’s fitout, new suspended ceilings along with tidying up existing suspended ceiling, full internal and external decoration, new floor finishes, lighting and upgrade of the existing fire alarm and other life saving systems, new waterproofing roof works.
Started August 2023, completes December 2023.
