January 2023 - 103 Charing Cross – CAT B refurbishment, Project commenced.
This project is a CAT B refurbishment of the 1st floor office and WC, to allow the space to be let out.
Works include retaining the existing flooring and improving by sanding and sealing as well as decorations throughout. The existing WC will be completely refurbished to provide modern services.
Full new M&E building upgrades will be carried out to complete the phase of refurbishment.
Starting January 2023, completing March 2023.
