March 2026 – Union House, London – CAT A+ refurbishment, Project Commenced.
Works have now commenced on site with initial activities including strip out works to both floors in preparation for refurbishment works.
The project scope includes new floor finishes throughout, supply and installation of bike racks to the ground floor cycle store, and the formation of new internal walls, ceilings and doors to the ground floor.
Additional works include blocking up the existing lift entrance and staircase and redecorations throughout. Mechanical and Electrical works will also be undertaken to suit the new layout and building requirements as the project progresses.
