July 2022 - 103 Wigmore St, London – CAT A refurbishment, Project complete.
This project is a CAT A refurbishment of the existing 7th Floor of the building, to allow a tenant to relocate within the building to occupy the newly refurbished wing.
Works include new metal pan ceilings, with MF borders and decorations throughout. The existing WC’s have been completely redesigned and refurbished to provide modern services.
Full new M&E building upgrades (including sprinkler modifications) were carried out to the office and wc areas.
Started July 2022, completed October 2022.
