CAT A refurbishment of a 2-storey occupied commercial property to provide a single DDA entrance, new lift and staircase extension to the newly created 2nd floor.
The building originally provided a front and rear entrance with 2no. staircases.
In order to extend its office footprint at 1st and 2nd floor level, the rear staircase was removed and the openings covered.
Refurbishment of the now single staircase receiving a fresh new industrial style look, contemporary colour pallete, lighting, rubber and parquet floor finishes, and an upgraded building entrance.
The property now also boasts a new DDA lift, and the 2nd floor office space underwent a transformation with new exposed services, lighting, wall linings, concrete encased columns, bright coloured walls and ceilings, kitchen, broadloom and parquet floor finishes.
Started October 2021, completes November 2022.
